Pesum Pommai - Book Launch @ CTTE College.....

 





 
 
The CTTE Maryland Library, under its GYAN KOSH initiative, in collaboration with Ilaikkiya Solai monthly magazine and Solai Publications, hosted the book launch of "Pesum Pommai" written by author Mrs. Ramalakshmi Murugan on August 24, 2024, at CTTE college for Women
The event was presided over by the honorable former Justice Mr. S. Rajeshwaran, who served as the chief guest.
While discussing the book "Pesum Pommai," he emphasized the importance of individuals needing to act as "talking dolls" in various situations, highlighting the book's valuable insights for the younger generation.
Dr. Sumuki Padmanabhan, the librarian of CTTE Women's College, received a copy of the book. Mr. Solai Tamizhiniyan, editor of the Ilaikkiya Solai monthly magazine, coordinated and presented the event.
Dr. P. Anitha, Professor of the Tamil Department, delivered a thoughtful book review, emphasizing key excerpts and discussing the author’s writing skills and the essential life lessons conveyed in the work—lessons that are crucial for today’s society.
